OrganizationThe Public Health Office is a unit of the City’s Health and Care Administration. The Public Health Office has four divisions: Secretariat; Strategy and Collaboration; Analysis and New Knowledge; and Implementation and Institutional Sustainability.
Secretariat Finances, strategies and policies, political services, human resources, communication and other secretariat functions
Strategy and Collaboration Developing strategic collaboration on public health with the other City administrative units, strategic consultancy
Analysis and New Knowledge Development projects aiming to create new knowledge, evaluation, research partnerships and analysis
Implementation and Institutional Sustainability Implementing specific public health initiatives and consultancy, often in collaboration with the other City administrative units and external partners
